This small establishment is located next to the municipal market Rio Cuale, it is a small and traditional place with the house’s flavor, where you will be delighted with Mexican appetizers.

This is one of the most popular restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, the decoration of the place is colorful, the atmosphere relaxed and its dishes are exquisite.

With the pure name you can imagine what is the specialty in this restaurant, that’s right, it’s about the paninis. You have to try the roast beef and pastrami, wonderful!

The Coleguita

If you want to eat in this place it is best to arrive early to get a table as it is usually packed.

We recommend to try the specialties of the house such as the Coleguita dish, a combination of fillet and shrimp cocktail with green salad and rice or the Burrita Coleguita, shrimp stew, octopus, fish fillet or mixed, which is also served with green salad and rice.

It is worth mentioning that complete orders include a shrimp soup, a tequila shot, and deep fried bananas and coffee liqueur as dessert.

The Barracuda
